Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times:
United States - Standard Ground (UPS): 7-10 business days after processing.

Shipping Charges (U.S. Only):
Flat rate $6.95 for orders under $195.00. Free shipping for orders over $195.01.

Address Restrictions:
No P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Full credit card billing address must match shipping address. Rockmelan is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Personal Use Only:
Products are for personal use only, not resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments:
Rockmelan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments after the carrier confirms delivery. Buyer assumes all responsibility for claims with the carrier.

Order Tracking:
Tracking information is sent via email after dispatch. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
Contact contact@rockmelan.shop immediately. Once processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
